Efficient and well-managed assembly standards and processes: At JEVI, we understand the importance of specialization to productive output. So we have difference assembly lines, each group of workers focuses on a specialized aspect of the assembly process, increasing efficiency.
Quality control: At our production units, in-process quality inspection is an overall effort performed at each stage of production with documented control. From material receiving through final outgoing product, quality control is carefully monitored. Our process ensures that our customers get the best quality product and at the lowest price possible.
Our Skills
- An eye for detail: Creating jewelry requires concentration and patience. Our workers must give attention to large and small details on the pieces they make.
- Arm and hand steadiness and control, plus finger dexterity: We must precisely move their fingers in order to grasp, manipulate, and assemble very small objects.
- 3-D visualization skills: We must imagine how something might look after its shape is altered or when its parts are rearranged. The ability to “see” a design in three dimensions helps.
- Interpersonal skills: Our staffs with good interpersonal skills are able to work well in a team or group, and with other people more generally. We are able to communicate effectively with designers and customers.
